Indeed, if all the players start with trying to find something how they can help.
install fraps, report on forum, report in game and such tings. That would help.
Coming here on the forum telling that everything sucks wont help the problem there is now.
Admins aren't bots that can be there 24/7 and never make a mistake. They supposed to have fun even like u supposed to have it.
So if Lsrcr including me, starts with looking at you're self first. I think we already got a big step to a beter community.

i do not understand some people. On the one side, they moaning "ohhh never is staff online *cry*" and on the other side, they cry about every single Things Admins could do a bit wrong. People, have you ever thaught about, that the staff job is a bit harder then only play ? but nvm, i dunno what happend. But one is sure, people should stop crying about everything. (just saying) correct me if im wrong.

I changed because everyone treats me differently, and I have new responsibilities that required a change. Nobody will understand unless they themselves are in my shoes.
I can be the same, fun-loving player if I really wanted to, but I find solutions for others' never ending problems and try to please everyone instead and I enjoy doing it.

That's just wrong. Admins should earn people's respect just by being themselves, otherwise they're just pathetic robots. That's what's annoying with this server -- people try to become someone they're not just to be recognized. It's kinda sad.
