We're not really understaffed. It's just that most of the staff are either inactive or focusing on the wrong things. I'm not here to criticize, but what we need is not an increase of admins, but proper management. Not sayin' that it isn't proper as it is now, but it could get better.

You know what they say; prevention is better than cure. As Axu's topic implies, psychology is important. I can manipulate Ribsey into thinking that underage children are not worth the rape, and he will believe it(hopefully).

Also given the fact that players think admins are the only people responsible on enforcing the rules, and blaming them should the players fail to comply, is something that is sadly abundant at this moment. They can't stand up for themselves, so they push the responsibility on the bigger guy. And these guys are "trusted players", no less. Not gonna point fingers, but you should know who you are.
