Second off, you can totally evade rule breakers. If you have the tag, you should know very well by now how to do this, just walk away or reconnect. Those are the two simplest ways.

Finally, there's a place for hackers, it's called the Report Section. If no Mods / Admins will respond in-game ( or there are none online ), report them here having read this

99.6% of the time a report on a staff member will be rejected even when valid.

It all adds up. The senior admins just believe (in my opinion) that even if an admin did something wrong and it shows clearly on the proof, they'll just believe that it didn't happen because it their friend? Now this is a bit of a childish act by senior admins.
