How to use donator's dome ticket?

i have bought a Dome ticket. But i dont know how to use it. ... guyz help me.
this ticket will gimme free guns. hydra etc but how?
are there any commands for it?

Go to Donators Dome, and in the GTA3 chkpoint, you enter there, and there you have a red Chekpoint, well see it by yourself dude
PS: There are some stairs, if you go back you ll see a door and another cekpoint to buy cork/wallet/chainsaw/knife/,etc lke 24/7 but better

I hope you know, that the hydra can't be used in the same world as the rest of the players. You can only use them IN the donators dome.
