First of all, your skills are bad. Speed of commands is the most important one in SWAT and it turns out it's your worst skill. Other stuff doesn't really matter in this situation because 1/5 is a way too low score on speed of commands for me to vote anything else than negative. You need to work a lot on your skills before you join SWAT.
