Yeah I call it wordplay.. They mix around a few letters and call it a new word.
Example: the popular jeans we all have "Levi" but read backwards says "ivel"
They switched the i and the e in "evil" and turned it backwards, simple wordplay.
I learned a lot about this when I learned about creating good business names.
