I had a random flash back of graffiti-ing in RP servers, using photoshop to add them in.. Fun as
Pretty much it's a small group for those who like to graffiti/photoshop.

4. Laws of Graffiti

1. Tag the streets of SA
2. Don't get caught by cops
3. Respect only everyone in SARA
4. Listen to higher ranked members
5. Don't diss each other's work. You all represent the same team
6. Don't forget SARA. She's awesome

Extra rules:
- RP everything properly! Even get RPly chased by cops even if you're white.
- be active. if you don't earn a + within 5 days, you're out of the group
- always think of other ways we can improve, and pass the knowledge on. it's for everyone's sake, and can earn you a + as well

I wana quickly introduce a +/- system, where anyone can nominate a + positive or a -negative vote to a fellow artist.
You must give the name of the artist you want to nominate, and give a thorough reason as to why you're voting them.
You can do this ANYTIME!
But in the end, it is always up to me to decide whether to give that artist a + or a -..

3 + is an automatic PROMOTION
3 - is an automatic DEMOTION.
