He started to flame me, because he stared to shoot me and i killed him with vortex and here is proof of his flaming after 5secs. He said: YOU'RE IDIOT censored" I dont know why he apply for Swat if he doing a rulebreaks,also i have been caught him today he was speedhacking in Commerce/Little Mexico, but I didnt record that.
