You were trespassing in army base and refused to go away.

For the dm,

I robbed/raped you earlier, then jacked your plane, then headed to army base. You came and crashed your plane into the army base, and you aimed at me. The rest is clear = Chainsaw.

5. A civilian shooting a wanted or a wanted shooting a civilian ( there may be other things that have happened before. )
