I tried to get this and spike strips on the swat team for my whole time as commander and admin i just kept getting a no from Energ. What i did get was the roadblock, new base (if you don't remember our first base at the TV studio was to damn easy to get in and get out)
also our own personal SWAT Vehicles
But times have changed so maybe he might just allow it
