Textures I guess (pizza shops, and roads)

Could you give me link of downloading mod like new building of shops, (pizza, tattos etc..) If you can, please give me the link, I don't know if that is called texture mod, but I want that and a roads. I hope you can give me that two things

So, I got some files like

etc etc. am I adding it all in gta3.img using Spark?

My video but gouveia guessed the part of my mods, I custom installed someothers as well so that is the base ones. Enjoy it

I want your road and textures (new pizza shop, tatto, barber etc) or the textures are from the Gouveia's link?
