The same thing happened to me after i installed my SWAT skin mod. Run your GTA:SA in Compatibility mode, Windows 98 / Me. Then re-start your computer. Thats what solved my problem out, I'll try find you a guide which will make you understand more.

ok thanks i understand that i will do it next time,,thanks again.guys if anyone have any mod for IMGTool go to request mod and share me in my topic ;)
