the tutorial webiste is at portugal and i cant find the download link

And at santiago's and gouveia's mmods when i try to start san andreas it shows me "An unknown code found at 0x0073313C (dummy_5FD4E0).Do you want to continue without this function"Can you help please? I would really be glad
