Anything else: I told him to leave my base because he failed to do the test then he told me im not leaving and he started to dm me massivly i spawned at y base again and he started again to shoot me and killed me, and from my mafia aceattacker is blacklisted for a year for dming me

Matta_MLT killed your friend because he robbed him, also you cannot kill anyone if they didn't rob/rape you and you cannot backup your friend even if they are being attacked, unless you are wanted, robbed/raped or chased by police.
