Explain: I don't how to mod sounds, can someone tell me please ?
Please don't give me youtube video links since I can't see them cause of youtube blocked :/

Well I found a way to open GENRL file and CONFIG\BankLkup, but I don't know how to opem FEET file in SFX folder :/

Can someone tell me pl0x :D

Wait.You mean how to add sound mods ?Downloaded them and want them to replace the old one ?

yes, but the files which u replace in FEET file. How to open the FEET file (what is the cmd of cmd prompt?)
