is modding the handlig.cfg file bannable?

hey i wanted to know if modding the handling.cfg file was bannable if so i will not mod it

i believe you can't mod the handling file since one it wont be allowed if you were able to mod it .

Server has its own handling file i believe, it will use that. Your handing file is avoided.

ok then i am able to mod the file by changing it to a txt file and back but if the server uses its own ill leave it there case closed

i think what im thinking of doing isnt giving any advantage to me at all i respect all rules so i wont mod it but i just think that the handling is telling you the where the doors are what engine type it is and so on

As Kamuran posted above, SAMP has it's own handling.cfg file. Even if you mod yours, nothing will change! Sorry, there is no way that you can change it.
