Not really. If a server consists of 100 players and 95 percent of them sucked but were good enough to get in, I'd let them in. At the end of the day, its a game. We aren't running some Elite force thats trying to save the world lmao.

If you score 3/5 on the SWAT test then your skills match to the server average. The testers' strictness is such that they give you 3/5 for average skills. I usually demand 4/5 which are above average skills. So if cops have average skills I guess SWAT should be 1 level higher.

As you see there isn't such a huge difference between Army and SWAT. SWAT is stricter but that's why we have less members. It isn't bad but just our style. I'd prefer to have a smaller, more experienced and skilled team than a big team. However, I don't overkill it and demand all 5/5 skills or something like that.
