where to put the new icons...

i have no idea where to put the icons..plz help

I'm assuming you're talking about the weapons icons. If that's the case, you first download Txd workshop. Found here:-

Then you open your gta3.img, extract the weapon for which you wish to change the icon. After doing that, you open the .txd file that you extracted from the gta3.img in txd workshop and import the new picture of the icon. Save this .txd file and put it in your gta3.img. That's it. Enjoy
