Can you explain this?

Edit: For those who don't know, Softonic is Kova, Lovro. A ban evader who ban evaded multiple times on a couple of accounts.

I am not Softonic nor I know who that is. I'm from Croatia and my ip is dynamic (I think it changes with every computer restart too)

Also I've been looking through Kova's post IP's and I found the same match that matches you to Softonic. Still looking into this.

Unbanned. You're from the same place as Kova/Lovro/Softonic. That place being Croatia. That means an IP from someone else could at some point be yours. It's very rare, but it can happen. Your happened to match Kova's and Softonic's once and then changed again. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and unban you.
