History

Pipo, one of the the heads of the clowns, had to hide from the police for a while, since the clown group was hit hard and compromised.
A lot of clowns were missing,in jail or dead.
One of them was Pennywise, a friend of Pipo and also one of the heads, which was one clown we all assumed to be dead.
While hiding, Pipo did not only miss the fellow clowns, but he also missed everything else that was going on in the streets.
Drugs, girls, kids, murders, robberies and handing out balloons... it was all an addiction.
An addiction he knows he can't live without and he knows he can't stay hidden and live forever this way.
So there he went back on the streets with his balloons to rape/rob/murder/fuck & clown on everything that moves!
However, he cant do this alone he needs the other clowns who are willing to help to dominate the streets of Los Santos.

After a while when Pipo started get back together the clown group ACAB again, He found out that Pennywise wasn't dead at all.
Pennywise was also hiding from the police, working under a false name in a hospital as a clini clown, "amusing" children.
After Pennywise "amused" a few more children, he decided to come back and reinforce the group in ways he always has done.

So Los Santos beware!
The clowns are back in town!
Los Santos just might be the first step to something bigger!

What about us?

The meaning of this group isn't to become the best, richest or most beloved group of Ls-rcr.
What we want to reach with ''All Clowns Are Bastards'' Is that it is going to be remembered as a group where you could have a lot of fun with.
We are a group that loves to : Clown!, Roam around, making a big ass team & rape LS, Creating clown events with money prizes, but most of all HAVING FUN WITH EACHOTHER!

Rules:

There aren't that many rules, so it shoudn't be hard to remember them!

1. Be loyal.

2. You are allowed to be in another group but, you must always be ready to perform out a task/mission ordered by leaders or co-leaders

3. Show your loyalty by wearing a clown skin, even though you don't always have to wear the clown skin.
However,You must always use a clown skin while clown events are going on or by order of the leaders!

4. When your a clown you can create (unofficial) events under supervision by one of the leaders or event staff.
When you are a committed clown you can create official events under supervision by one of the leaders or event staff.

5.If somebody posted an application, do not reply or do not give your opinion about it, even if it is positive.
If you know this person is a rulebreaker then please send proof into a pm to AllClownsAreBastards and let the staff handle it from there.
