Well, there is such a thing as LSRCR H.O.F. Council. As a main leader of this project, I choose 5 players who will help me to make the list. Last time the council members were official(they could apply for the spot at the Council in a topic) and only one member of the council was active. So this time I choosed people by PM'ing them. If they accept my offer, I message them about the list, the hall of famers etc.
