He's just saying he wants the same size signature as M.V.P's, but instead of the design he wants a Serbian flag with his name at the bottom, "Aleksa."

Makes perfect sense to me.

I didn't want that soldier, a text "not for use" and "proud tagged member" and I wanted my name to be at the right down corner like you made "proud tagged member"

Soldier will be removed and the text NOT FOR USE is because you need to pay the one million first before you may use it.
