I promise to avoid from opening a new thread once I get this cleared out. I asked more than a few times to leave the threads unlocked.
I want to thank you for being patient and answering my questions, I have some understanding issues.

You must have realized that you broke the rules by now.

By breaking the rules, I believe you're referring to rule #7.

No cuff abusing, you aren't allowed to cuff a player and leave him/her there, you must un-cuff them after a search.

It would be considered as a cuff abuse, if I cuff a player and leave him for the following reasons:

1. Cuffing an innocent citizen in order to make him freeze without any legitimate reasons.
( Example for an illegitimate reason - cuffing because of a bad mood as a bullying or mocking attempt. )
( Example for a legitimate reason - cuffing in order to search. )

2. Leaving an innocent citizen handcuffed after there aren't any legitimate reasons left and the citizen isn't being any kind of threat.
( For example, after searching a citizen and finding zero illegal stuff. )

#1. Is it correct?
#2. Do I have the right to cuff an hostile citizen attempting to murder? If no, please explain.
#3. Do I have the right to leave an hostile citizen handcuffed since I cannot take weapons away? If no, please explain.
In my opinion, getting handcuffed 30 seconds for once, after getting explained is acceptable.

And even though it's semi roleplay, and you believe that it would be so much more roleplayISH if you could cuff someone trying to kill you (hitman for example > cop).

I am not saying, it would be more roleplayISH if I could cuff someone trying to kill me.
I am claiming to have the right to do so.

- It's not like you would drag your cuffs out, and try to restrain someone who fires gunshots at you. Would be impossible.
- Would be more realistic to shoot back.

* Trying to restrain someone who fires gunshots at you - would be impossible.
I can say the same for:
* Shooting while walking / running and hitting with a good accuracy.
* Car crashing at 90KM/H and leaving it without any damage.
* It takes at least 4 seconds for every vehicle to get destroyed after reaching 249 health points. It always gets exploded somehow.
The definition of impossible seems to be very soft here. It is lacking accuracy.
Would be more realistic to shoot back. - I agree.

Moose chose to carry out the hit by shooting me. I chose to escape by cuffing him.
Moose seems to have a good aim. I believe we both have the right to do so.

Nothing mislead you into breaking the rules, except from you failing to know them properly as a tagged member.

LSRCR stands for Los Santos Roleplay Cops & Robbers therefore it is misleading.

Yea. I agree. I failed to know the rules properly.
And as a former tagged member, It is in my responsibility to clear this out in order to make sure nobody will do the same mistake I did.
And if someone would do it, then it would be for failing to know them.

It was in your responsibility to write clear and understandable rules with all exceptions to the last detail.
I believe you failed to do so.

It doesn't say anything about leaving a suspect handcuffed if you have a legitimate reason. If you're allowed or not allowed to do so.

You are kinda leaving the players no choice but each player to think for himself and decide if it is allowed or not allowed with reasonable thinking.

The server does say Los Santos Roleplay. And, in real life, if an innocent did open fire he would be deemed a criminal instantly. But, according to our rules, you cannot do what you did. Even though you were roleplaying and having fun, your broke the rules sadly.

I understand the following:

You cannot cuff an hostile citizen until that citizen robs and/or kidnaps and/or rapes and/or breaks a car engine under any circumstances, the game must give that citizen a wanted level before you get the right to cuff.


I am asking.
#4. Please redefine the rule regarding cuff abuse, once and for all, don't leave any unclear points.

Hmm... last few things.
I don't like these kind of games. removing the restoring the tag like a tennis game.
Getting a tag removal for a stupid thing.
I wish to clear a few things, I might not have the tag but I do respect the server rules and every player without any exceptions like you do.
I had to reduce it's value, by saying value I mean it's meaning.

I don't care losing the tag because it means nothing.
It can never say anything about anyone.
It is nothing but an outlook.
It doesn't say anything about the inside.
Therefore, there is no point in re-applying for lsrcr tag.
Lsrcr tag is like an agreement. you're promising to respect the server rules and other players.
In return you get [lsrcr] added to your nickname, access for tow trucks and the
Ability to get inside a vehicle without a driver.
So yeah, It can help the server. But kinda useless.

I lost my tag for cuffing an hostile citizen.
It seems like you cannot cuff an hostile citizen until
