Why do you want to join the pagati family?:
My name is Eric Jefferson. I'm from Los Santos, always lived there. I used to live a relatively clean life back in the days. I had my own apartment at an age of 18, and I was very independent. However I got some cash issues, and I decided that the best way to go get cash, would be criminality. I was already familiar with it, but I had never used it as a way to get cash myself.

I grew up, and started pushing drugs & weapons for a very low amount of cash, but I still made profits. Still, somehow I found it pathetic. It started to become more serious though, and I started getting problems of my own. I started pushing my drugs for more cash, to a newly started family. They paid a lot, and I gained a lot of profits. One day, they decided to cut me off. I was very pissed off, because I thought I had lost it all considering my previous clients left me when I decided to go for the family.

I had to get my reputation on the streets up, so I had to do something. I grabbed one of my guns, in this case it was a Desert Eagle 50 cal. I walked up to the base, where I had previously been pushing weapons. I walked into the base, without any of their associates or soldiers recognizing me as a potential threat considering I used to work with them. Straight into the office, pulled my already reloaded gun up, and aimed for The Don's head. I pulled the trigger, but when I actually exited the base, there wasn't only one corpse inside. The whole family was dead.

However this was all in the past, I learned to control my anger now. I'm sure that I could be a responsible member of your family.

During the appointment, you will have a quick chat with whatever Underboss+ and then get straight to the quiz (OOC, not roleplay), to test your knowledge on the Pagati rules. If you pass the quiz, you will be allowed to go on a task with that Underboss+. At the end of the task, that Underboss+ you went on the task with will then post your quiz results and general task results. If you do good or bad in the results, in no means does this mean anything, the results posted are only our first impression.

You will have many other appointments and tasks during the next few days or so after the very first appointment/task with the same Underboss+ so they can see how good or bad you really are. You must stick with the same Underboss+. It could take 2 days, it could take 2 weeks - before they can judge how good/bad your skills are as it different with each person looking to join.

Current members of Pagati will post their personal opinions here in your statement thread of what they think of you and if they believe you have the right skills that Pagati is looking for. After a few days or weeks of going through a good selection of appointments and tasks with the same Underboss+, they will post their final verdict/opinion. Then the Don and/or the Consigliere will take in the opinions that the members have posted and the final verdict/opinion from the Underboss+ you have been doing tasks with and then and only then will the Don and/or the Consigliere post their final decision to accept or deny you into the family.

Therefore we proceeded and you came on a task with me, this is my first impression:

As stated at the start, this means nothing and we are going to keep having appointments and tasks with you over the next few days or so - it is different with everyone. You stick with me during this period for more tasks and not another Underboss+. As stated before, The Don and/or the Consigliere will post their final decision if you are allowed into Pagati or not after they read my final verdict/opinion and opinions from the members.

It has been 1 day(s) since we had our very first appointment/task and we've had many more since then and my final opinion/verdict is this:

It started off by him helping us deal with some trouble at our HQ. We had some problems with people infiltrating the base, performing pathetic acts. He helped us get them out of there, and he helped us take care of the problem. He did a great job and he really succeded at it.

At our second task we went out to sell a car. This car was a complete mess, so we wanted to fix it up in order to sell it. Eric, apparently the owner of this car, a 1998 Bullet, wanted to sell it and donate the cash to Pagati. He got it resprayed and fixed for a relatively cheap price, and we then sold it to the owner of Grotti. We really profited from this. All the cash was donated to Pagati the same day.

After this, he helped us with an indirectly internal problem. He was willing to help us without knowing any details, which made it perfect.

I believe that Eric would be a great member of the family, and that he would benefit us.
