You impersonated admins, someone on your IP at least. Also, you turn out to be Wtz.Gaming26, which means you're ban evading.

The account was registered right after WTz.Gaming26 was banned, and even with the same IP and the same number?

Maybe we have the same last two numbers and same IP add. But Wtz.Gaming26 is not my personal account . the owner of this is redynn / _Redynnon_ and he's ban evading . They banned him because he is spamming . But my case is just coinsidence .. When some other kids played in this net cafe . They are tripping this computer shop .

Considering the situation is unclear, I have decided to unban you.

Anyways, maybe you should keep control over the people at the internet cafe. Encourage them to actually follow the rules.
