Extra information: All players with [Lsrcr] tag or without tag, told him to stop bug abuse, but was not only bug abuse.
He insult in /w (You can see on pictures.)

Sorry for posting here but i have this bug too, and i saw in general discussions that el_pipa has it too. When i enter a vehicle i get that screen and all i type with /w can be see by all the server....
