Also, is it possible to donate for a car spawn ? The car would be under my ownership right after spawning.

Yes , they are both possible, you can donate for a special skin and for a car spawn.

I think the car spawn is 5 euro it its existing in server. (no name free)
I think 10 euros for locking it on your name.

Ä° did suggestion about skin in suggestions page and i think its posibble i ask wjinkamp how much it will cost waiting for answer i even choose the skin i want..
