I'm not using any but I saw quite a few people use ELM. Glen said you can't use any CLEO mods because some of them are considered hacks. Do those people need to uninstall their mods or is this valid only for mods that give an unfair advantage.

You can use cleo mods wich don't give you any advance cleo mods like ELM lights are allowed.
