dont have fraps :s and samp doesnt allow pictures :s

fresh start doh then he can make the game the way he likes.

or no lag for him, he could also have a bad pc like i used to..

Nah not a bad PC I had like Enb/color mod/car mods/texture mod/sound mod/weapon mod.. still didn't lag. Actually I'm looking for better mods C:
