Hello guys , I've never installed any mods before and i dont know how to install any , so can someone teach me how to add mods to my gta files and make it work ? Thanks :)

do i need both spark and winrar ??

Winrar is needed to open the files you download since most people upload them in winrar files and you need spark to install mods.

Ye IMG tool can be used also but i use spark because its better for my computer so most times i reccomend spark and not IMG tool i only use IMG tool to rebuild my files sometimes.
