What if I purchased a house with 6 dps by donating for it, can I have 2 non-donated houses? Or is it just like a limit to 1 non-donated house and an infinite number of donated houses?

You can only own 1 Donated house but an infinite number of donated houses, yes.

DPs just have a higher value, it's like paying with gold instead of money.

i received a donated house from a friend but when the admin gaved it to me it became undonated. why ? it was just a transfer because the guy i received the house from quitted playing samp. Shouldn't it remain donated ? bcs he paid 6 dps for it

You didn't donate for it, so it becomes undonated.

Why is it so hard to understand these terms?

Donated House: The house that YOU buy, with your real life money. Or we can also say, the first owner of the house will be the donator of that house. Also, for example you donate for a house and then sell it to someone, then that player comes and sells it back to you (or gives it back) the house becomes undonated aswell. A house is considered as a "donated house" only if you are the first owner of it and you did not sell it yet.

Un-Donated House: A house that you buy or get in the virtual world. So as soon as a Donated House is sold, It got absolutely no value in the real world while the donated houses still have a value, because you paid for it, didn't you?
