My vote is going to be Positive because, you are a good guy with good intentions although you can sometimes act immaturely you are also skilled. If your test will be bad I might change my vote to neutral / negative depending on the results.

Driving 2/5 - His car health was around 300,had to wait for him one time. Wasn't taking my track and was losing control. His driving needs improvement.

Rules 2/5 - Rules weren't ready with full attention,only managed to answer 4 questions correct from 10
