I can sell it on player who didnt have house?
-He will got it Donated if he didnt have another houses?


Question: Can I sold on player/s who have only donated house, and he will get it Donated?

Just read what Onzie said, people. :|
There is no possibility to give it to another player as donated house. YOU have to read what Onzie said. You can get a house only as donated one if you pay DPs to Energ, buying it with DPs from another player is only another currency, so it will be undonated. It doesnt matter if the player (who wants to buy your house) has houses or not. You simply cannot give you house away with the status "donated".

Question here, if I had no houses and I donated for one, can I buy another one from a player with cash ( donated by him or not ) ?

you can have unlimited donated houses (which you will donate with dps) and only 1 un-donated house (which you can buy from a player with cash). Like I have 9 donated houses and 1 un-donated house.
