It seems alright to me to vote for friends and best team mates but I would recommend members not to "overdo" it.Even though,since it's allowed you can do whatever you want,this is just one's member's thought.(dont overdo it when voting for a friend)

People always care about ranks :O

Hey look at me,look at some others...There are always exeptions to things.See I care about having fun (and thats why i chose to join SWAT from the first moment here) and SWAT is satisfying me at that fact! But some others only care about reputation in having a big rank...if somebody is this type of player he better doesnt play in my opinion!its not funny if you just chase reputation and a rank...I'm in SPC rank for months and I wouldnt like to chase a high rank since im good there,i have rb and bomb and these are enough for me

Well I don't care about the ranks. When I was in Swat (some while ago, lol) I always had one rule of my own, "Never caring about your rank, always help other members and make Swat proud". I still have this rule for me. The point of me replying here is because I see no point of some members who are voting for the newest members (who just joined two three days ago), but I also don't know why others are being offended by it ? I mean, I know this ain't right but in the end, you all have to do teamwork. Weather someone has the higher rank or lower, you have to do teamwork and stay united. I hope now you guys won't fight.

Ranks are important but not crucial. You should care what rank you are but you shouldn't consider it the most important thing in the universe. Ranks exist so we can reward and separate trusted, skilled and active SWAT members. But of course, the main reason why you're in SWAT or playing Lsrcr at all is to have fun. As long as having fun in skin is your main objective I don't think ranks will bother you that much.

I'm not being 'offended' by it but it's just sad to see that some oldies NEVER won smotm (CarlJ,Bosspeed etc...) and an experienced SWAT member decides to vote for a newly accepted user. There is a difference to do 'teamwork' with a member that has been in SWAT for months / weeks rather than teamwork with a member that has been newly accepted. Your SMOTM vote should not be based on being 'friends'. It's how professional and how much you can prove yourself to be an elite member. That's how i see it.
