Tal's Test

Rules 4.25/5- Know's the rules pretty well. Pretty mild mistakes

Roleplay 4.5/5- He's a decent roleplayer. I've decided to test his roleplay skills, they are not bad at all, however his English makes it a bit difficult to understand. But overall, decent roleplayer

Driving 4.75/5- His driving was great, he lost some health during the course but not much, just some mild scraches. His drifting was pretty awesome, in general, I liked his driving a lot

My vote: I'll go ahead with a positive. The only negative aspect of Tal, in my opinion, is his english. Some of you complain about his atittude, but I've never had problems with him, in fact, he seems like a nice player to me. Plus, I really liked his test, and his motivation to join, therefore, without any evidence of him rulebreaking/bad atittude, I'll stick to the positive
