New forum section - Approved

Suggestion: A new forum section ONLY visible to MEMBERS (Tactics and Guides)
Reason:

Personally I believe that a private forum section only visible to members called Tactics and Guides or something similar would benefit the team.

We could use it to discuss and create tactics, where some of them would be hidden so other players wouldn't know our tactics (in this case criminals etc).

There a player could for example create a guide on how to successfully get a suspect on foot (2v1 for example - as there are numerious tricks to make a chase like this easier).

All these are just examples - I really hope you consider this as it would be great, and I would personally write a few guides

How many swat members do you have? I don't mind making it if Energ says ok but you will need a permission group that your commanders can run.
