He claims that i kept ramming and bitching him, I accidently hitted tal once somewhere on the road. I'm driving a huge monstertruck sorry i can't avoid everyone at all times.

After about 5/10 minutes. I recieved a hit, it was tal. I asked him to explain why he hitted me and i didn't got any response.

After a while jengay makes a joke (see screens) calling me rammer, Tal instantly responds with you can hit him for ramming/bitching, Where i tell him on my turn not if i accidently hit someone when driving a huge truck. I'm so sick of tal his behavior.

I've hitted you once by accident. i'm trying to take my distance as far as possible from you, As we can't get along with each other i'm leaving you alone. On the helping to escape a suspect. You were not chasing gouveuia, Before he got in, while he was in, or when he left my truck. So basically you knew me and him where together and was like lemme put a hit on nino? And why no hit on Gouveia ?

Alright, so Tal has got numerous reports in last few days, and I'm going to close them with decision in this one. This isn't report hunting as there were

So in the last reports there is lot of negativity, anger, innapropriate behaviour absent at Tal. I won't accept when someone would say he was reporthunted. Reporthunt isn't when you get reported numerously in such a short period by different players. He has always had problems with anger and language. All I see in the recent reports is that Tal is defending you did this you did that without certain proof to cover up his story.

My decision is final as I've been requested by senior to handle it since I obviously forgot on the last report I counted. Tal is going to be suspended for 10 days from server, to learn his lesson that this behaviour is not acceptable among this community, yet if he was provoked he should remain calm and take the proofs and that player would face doubled punishment. I'm personally kinda fed up of the negativity provided by certain player and it isn't just Tal.

So all in short.. Tal is going to be banned for 10 days and his ban appeals will most likely going to be rejected. We all need to learn the lesson, easy or hard way.
