No it does not, look;

If you want to commit crimes, you do, but you'll be at risk of being killed or arrested by law enforcement(Always been like this)
If you want to enforce the law, you do, but you'll be at risk of being killed by the criminals(Always been like this)

The only thing that has changed, is that you don't have to play waiting game or bitch about who shot first.
Ofcourse it's a warzone right now, everyone is excited about this stuff happening.

Soon it'll go back to the normal roleplay/cops-robbers scene you are used to.
Except that people can shoot whenever they want now.

If you really don't wanna be at risk, dont be a cop and play as a non-wanted civilian(You're then fully protected by anti-dm!).
It's not bad at all.

I agree with Yoennie. If you want to be safe, choose some other skill than police. Being a law enforcer has its risks as you're job is to work with potentionally dangerous criminals. If you're a taxi driver or a civilian for instance, you cannot be killed by other players, with the exception of having a hit contract.

In addition, the update actually promotes team works amonst the police. Two (or more) officers together are already more likely to kill or arrest the criminal, rather than being killed. There are also safe zones for the cops, where criminals cannot rob, rape or kill them. They can always fall back there, regroup and get back to work.

San Andreas is a dangerous place with a lot of criminals, where being a cop even in real life would be extremely dangerous if you compare it.

I'm not sure, but it seems like you guys think this makes it worse for the police, but it actually does the opposite. There's way more criminals for us, and teaming is crucial at some points now (which is just fun, isn't it?). It's more dangerous and it also requires more skills to get criminals at some times.

And besides, this makes it more realistic as well because now the criminal gets to choose whether or not he will engage first rather than having to wait.

I'm pretty sure you will adapt to it sooner or later, just give it some time.

but guys seriously , Army and Swat can't do their job properly now and it will lead to a huge inactivity in LEO Skins , I find it stupid and unrealistic when a criminal randomly show up and start to kill cops swat army etc...
from a personal i think this encourages people to deathmatch specially newbies I'll explain how below

well Im a new player I just joined i read server rules then some kid showed up and started to shoot me while i was in cop skin , that new player will get shitty first impression and It seems a bit of contradicted because once admins forcing us to NOT Dm and always read /rules and /pc and then allowing us to "Cop hunt" There no difference in my opinion simply some kid will come up and start killing every single cop over and over again and probably kill civillians too and hide behind " Crossfire"

Server were updated and its cool alright why can't we have the same rules?

If you read this carefully you'll realize what i'm suffering from

Mafy? Hue

OT:
What about people who want to roleplay using LEO skins? What are they supposed to do?
They can't roam the city without getting shot at and they can't roleplay properly because a random gang will drive up to them and just shoot them

I like how Johnson's opinion on the matter is simply, lol don't play cop then nub
Is that how you fix problems? By telling people to ignore the matter?

Also, @CXdur, how is this realist? There are literally 'safe havens' for cops
In RL, if someone wants to, they can storm a PD office and just shoot everyone

Los Santos Roleplay/Robbers sounds like a fitting title at the moment, doesn't it?
