Suggestion: Remove rule #9
Reason: It just complicates our lives. I don't see why letting a cop arrest is such a big deal that we should have a special rule for that.

Do not let other law enforcers arrest. You can ask them only when it is necessary ( you don't have a car, you are in an interior or out at sea ).

I completely agree with this one, this rule is really annoying and it would be nice to have it removed. I'm pretty sure that even if this was removed we wouldn't have boosted a cop either, but it would be nice if we could decide by ourselves whether we want a cop to arrest or not.
