Stream Memory Fixes are used to increase your in-game stream memory. Originally, the game provides 256mb of stream memory (I think), which is too low for moded game even for the original game. When you install mods, it requires more stream memory and if it doesn't get the required stream memory, it will load slowly... I have almost 2000 mb of stream memory (too many stream memory fixes ) and my game is running like beast.

How do you add more stream memory?

download stream memory fixes. extract the files in your gta sa main directory. These files are asi files so if you don't have asi loaders then download asi loaders and extract them and place them in gta sa main directory. If you need both (asi loader and stream memory fixes), then PM me.

I tested all of you stream memory fix and did not work slow loading textures an not be my PC because I have a good PC

Try increasing your draw distance

Try getting a lower Texture mod.
Some PC's wont be allowed to access the Draw distance properly. I mean you can turn it up and down, But it wont work on some Pc's.

I've uploaded all the stream mem fixers that I'm using at the moment. Extract these files into your GTA directory and post back here.

Can you also post the kind of mods you're using the most (Cars/building textures/houses etc) and if possible, the size of your gta3.img. Also post the img editor you've used to install your mods. (Sometimes a simple rebuild of the gta3.img and other .img files helps get rid of these slow load times.)
