Inshallah your deads [bad] will be washed away from your body and also under your finger nails. And make sure you feel deeply why were doing this and who were doing it for.

If you cant do a days fast. Dosnt matter, Allah says "To do even 1 fast is like doing all 30"
If you cant do 1 full one, Do a half-day one.
