First of all, I'm NOT here to tell the Commanders how to do their job, it's just to clear confusions for the applicants.

When a Commander denies someone, just mention the date & time they are allowed to re-apply because I've seen quite a bit of applicants who apply 2 hours early because of their timezone and I think just mentioning the date & time will save up a lot of trouble both for the Commanders and for the applicants.

So it would look like this,

denied
blabla reason blabla
you may reapply in 2 weeks (The 3rd of July, 00:00 GMT+0)

again, I am not here to tell the Commanders how to do their job I just think it will clear up a lot of confusions for the applicants and save the time of denying someone for applying 1 hours early or something of the likes.

They can always ask us if they're unsure when they can apply. If they reapplied 2 hours earlier, they didn't read FAQ, since it says
Q: In which GMT are the times in S.W.A.T.?
A: All times mentioned in official S.W.A.T. posts are in GMT 0. The whole application system is very dependent on this. Make sure that you convert your time to GMT 0 because the Commanders will always tell you the time in GMT 0. (the only place where you don't need to convert the time to GMT 0 is the secret word, you post your own time & date)
, and if you get denied in 2 PM (2nd of July), theny caou can reapply in 00:00 (16th of July)

Please do understand some are afraid to ask. Also some people get confused with their own time zone and the time at which they may re-apply. Because some people forget it has to be GMT+0 for them to be able to re-apply and not GMT+1/2/3/etc

And sure the FAQ does state all that needs to be said but not everyone can make that connection as the Commanders don't set a specific hour which doesn't bring the thought of the GMT times and when they may re-apply.

tl;dr:
this is a reminder that all SWAT GMTs are in GMT 0 and not their own GMT or whatever.

I'll see what will I do, it won't cost me much time, but might help some applicants. Thanks for the suggestion.
This won't be must for Commanders, if they feel like giving a specific time, they can.
