[Question] Is this mod allowed?

I'm wondering if the GTA IV aiming system is allowed, as far as i know it just zooms the world amplitude instead of enlarge player skins/names but i won't like have conflicts so i better ask.

Thank you, seems like the Sawn Offs camera isn't affected when i use both, only works on individual weapons.
