Swat to get spike stripes

Suggestion: S.W.A.T to have spike strips
Reason: I would just like to see them added to the sever and who better then swat really, also if it was to be added i think the driver should only be aloud to use it he/she could drive past the wanted and then use it ((Just like that one mission on single player)) also i would like to see it despore if hit, despore in 3secs, a little marker will show on players maps and you most be 5 car leans away from un-wanted players and also cops. Thank you
