Question: As far as i know, there was some special adventages/privileges for SWAT members called 'Perks', did they exist?
(If they did), those adventages are removed?

I'm not sure what you mean but 2 things come to my mind. We have some features (roadblocks, SWAT bomb, extra spawning weapons) which get unlocked as you rank up. Back in the day we also had something called "Veteran perk". Basically if you were a highly ranked member and you left SWAT, re-applied and got accepted again you'd get a promotion so you'd be PFC right away. This was to reward long loyalty and former efforts of the member.
