How to Survive the Alcatraz glitch

As you know that the "Alcatraz" glitch happens to many people.When they exit,they get glitched and go below alcatraz where they find themselves in the water.Behind you is a wall of rocks all you have to do is swim there and dive under the water.Keep swimming under the water until your radar shows that you are in the place beside alcatraz you then swim towards a jetmax get it and congratulations! you have survived the Alcatraz glitch like me.
