Reason: Oh, Hi Army members! Nice to meet you all. I was trying to join the army like 1 year ago, but i was going inactive for 1 year and just reactive last month maybe. Maybe my apply test before was truly disaster, but i think i gotta better now. I also have some friends in S.A Army and i love them, they're really friendly. I love the army vechiles, like Rhino, Hydra, and Hunter. I know the rules and i respect it. I think i can improve my skills more and more by join Army, specially commands skills (im really bad at it ~.~). Well nice to meet you all. Sorry for my bad english and also thanks for you all!

Before the Generals decide whether to accept or deny you, you must pass a test about your in-game skills (shooting, driving, flying, command usage and your knowledge about the army rules). Your overall score must be above or equal to 3 or else you will be automatically denied.
