No 1: Cuff People and then Arrest them
No 2: Cuff People and then Put them in our car/bike and send them to the Police Station
No 3: No DM

You've not followed the correct template. You can find the template the way it should be in the "How to apply" topic. Just fill in the required fields without changing the template itself (adding your own color and so on).
