in-game (online) players in army skin

Suggestion(s): remove the rule that we cant play with army skin if there are already 10 players in skin
Why would it be useful: maybe when there are many players in skin will lead to a competition
Additional comments: maybe some players have a small period of time and he wants to plays as army but unfortunately he found 10 players in skin so it would be better .
You may say that army members will argue and they will make problems from stealing suspects but as I remember you made a rule that army members cant make fights
So it would be good if we removed this rule

-1 Unfortunately soldier, this rule is a break to our skills, and if this rule doesn't exist, the army team will be too over-powered at that moment when there is more than 10 members online. And this is a fair server, we can't be over-powered. Second point, the army ship can accomodate only few vehicles and there might be conflicts between members even if there is that rule(cannot argue and stuff).

yeah, lets say there are 20 armies ingame, it wouldnt be fair for wanteds you know
