Question(s): Why you accepting/denied application when they have only 10 votes and we have 48 members? There is no logic...

Well, after you see more than 10 positives and no negatives, whats the point in continuing? I mean the other 38 armies will vote positive too..

1. Because not every army member will vote.
2. Because the votes are only there to give the general an overall idea/thought about the applicant.

i saw also situations when applicatin have 8-9 postive, 1 negative with very good reasons and they got accepted...

Imagine you were applying for Army, and you wait 1 week and only 10 members have voted so far. How would you feel about that if you know the fact that we now have 51 members? For your information, we are receiving tons of applitions, so we wouldn't like to have 3 pages of them. That's why.
